It is with great pleasure that we welcome Lucien Dzimalkowski, Esq., Assistant Professor in Criminal Law at UCUDAL, who as from this month becomes part of our team of professionals as an advisor for our Criminal and Family Law Department.
Ms Dzimalkowski is experienced both in court and out-of-court negotiations, concerning criminal and family proceedings. She has a recognized track record providing everyday assistance to both national and international companies dedicated to diferent business fields, apart from regulated entities.
Being an expert in legal matters, she has worked as a legal advisor for the dissolution and liquidation of companies; negotiation and preparation of contracts; amendments to bylaws and corporate agreements; annual legal administration of companies; supervision of the enforcement of compliance rules by clients (KYC processes), involvement in due dilligence processes; development of legal audits concerning mergers and acquisitions; as well as work related to intellectual property protection.
Notably, she has been a contributor to the Uruguayan Critical Yearbook in Family Law and inheritance/succession (2017 and 2018) and was involved in the International Competition of Commercial Arbitration, 10th Edition (Buenos Aires, 2017).
