Attorney-at-Law graduated in 2017 from the Catholic University of Uruguay.

Assistant Professor Aspirant in Criminal Law at the Catholic University of Uruguay since May 2018, over 2 years of experience working for the Uruguayan law firm Ferrere and 1 year of experience working for the firm Hughes & Hughes.

She has worked for different clients concerning both in and out-of-court negotiations related to a wide variety of matters: civil, commercial, labor, family and criminal proceedings.

Experience in pre-litigation and contract negotiations, financial regulation, intellectual property, and study and drafting of contracts. She has worked as everyday counsel for local and international companies in different business areas, and also for regulated entities, apart from negotiating and preparing contracts. She has been involved in developing statutory audits, mergers and acquisitions.

Legal counseling for the purchase of corporate vehicles depending on the business plan; relocation of companies abroad; dissolution and liquidation of companies; amendments to corporate bylaws/articles of association and contracts; annual legal administration of companies; supervision of the enforcement of compliance rules by clients (KYC processes), involvement in due dilligence processes and work related to intellectual property protection.

Contributor to the Uruguayan Critical Yearbook in Family & Inheritance Law (2017 and 2018).
