Currently a Notary Public at Lander Abogados, Escribanos & Contadores. Founder of Estudio Vaz & Asociados (2013–present). Previously developed her professional career at Bianchi & Asociados, KPMG, Ferrere Abogados, and Márquez, Stirling & Nuchowich, as well as at the Registry of Legal Entities – Commercial Section.
Her practice includes involvement in real estate and corporate transactions, title searches, company incorporation and restructuring, civil and commercial contracts, securities (mortgages, pledges, and cancellations), urban and rural leases, certifications, notarial records, estates and probate proceedings, and due diligence processes.
Academic Activity:
Teaching Assistant (Grade 1) in Tax Law – Faculty of Law, Universidad de la República.
Education and Professional Development:
Has completed postgraduate studies at Universidad de la República, Universidad de Montevideo, and Universidad Católica del Uruguay, and has participated in workshops organized by the Asociación de Escribanos del Uruguay, international law conferences, and academic seminars in notarial practice.
