Notary Public, graduated from Universidad de la República (2018), with solid experience in notarial, real estate, and corporate law.
She has developed her career both in independent practice and within recognized firms and institutions, including Estudio Vignoli Laffitte & Lublinerman and the Ministry of Transport and Public Works (MTOP) – National Development Corporation, where she was involved in title studies related to expropriation processes.
She specializes in real estate transactions, title searches, civil and commercial contracts, as well as the incorporation, restructuring, and transformation of commercial companies (corporations, simplified joint-stock companies, and limited liability companies). She also has experience in drafting powers of attorney, notarial certifications, regulatory filings before the Central Bank of Uruguay (BCU), and providing comprehensive legal advice to companies and individuals.
She has complemented her education with courses and workshops in corporate and commercial law at the Asociación de Escribanos del Uruguay, Universidad ORT, and CCEAU, with a focus on simplified joint-stock companies (SAS) and corporate legal frameworks.
She is a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the Asociación de Escribanos del Uruguay.
