As part of the ongoing evolution and strengthening of our services, at Lander we have carried out a transition within the firm’s notarial practice. This process has been carefully planned and gradually implemented over the past months, with the aim of ensuring an orderly, efficient and seamless continuity for our clients.
After 33 years of distinguished professional practice, Notary Public Cristina Valiño is entering a new stage as she retires. Throughout these years, she has been a fundamental pillar of the firm, supporting our clients in highly complex transactions with strong technical expertise, sound judgment and unwavering commitment. Her contribution has been key to the consolidation and prestige of our notarial practice.
We would like to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude for her dedication, as well as for her outstanding personal qualities. We are also pleased that she will remain connected to the firm in a mentoring role, actively contributing to the transfer of her knowledge and to the continued strengthening of our team.
In this context, Notary Public Dayanna Vaz Díaz has progressively assumed the responsibilities of the practice. She is a highly experienced professional in notarial, real estate and corporate law, fully integrated into the firm and working closely with our clients, ensuring a natural transition in both service and client care.
We are also supported by Notary Public Antonella Vigevani, whose experience in real estate and corporate matters further strengthens our capabilities and broadens the scope of our advisory services.
This process reflects our commitment to excellence, continuity and personalized attention—values that have defined Lander for more than 70 years.
