Flavia Meleras is a Uruguayan attorney specializing in Digital Law, Privacy, and Data Protection across Uruguay, Brazil, and Latin America. She has been based in São Paulo, Brazil, since 2008.

She served as an external consultant to an international financial institution on Personal Data Protection Policies for Uruguay and Latin America (Inter-American Development Bank – IDB) from 2005 to 2007, and as a consultant representing Uruguay at Mercosur Meetings – Electronic Commerce Working Group (SGT XIII) from 2006 to 2009.

Flavia has taught at the Universidad de la República (UdelaR) and at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
